Colors, dimensions, and appearance may vary slightly due to, lighting, or monitor settings.
Our parts are designed for specific RC models. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing.
We reserve the right to modify product designs, materials, or discontinue items without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
Payment is processed securely through our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.).
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. You will be notified and refunded if this occurs.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully. In summary:

14-day return window for eligible unused items.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and products — including designs, logos, product photos, text, and 3D models — is owned by Malamute Racing LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sell our designs or products without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our products are provided “as is.” We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated in our warranty.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of use, data, profits, or vehicle damage) arising from the use or inability to use our products.
RC vehicles involve inherent risks. Proper installation, maintenance, and safe operation are solely your responsibility. Malamute Racing is not responsible for crashes, damage, injury, or any other consequences resulting from the use of our parts.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
