Malamute Racing LLC – Return & Refund Policy

At Malamute Racing, we stand behind our products. That’s why we offer a money-back guarantee on every order. If you’re not satisfied, just contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return the unused rings and we’ll refund your purchase price in full.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Eligibility for Returns

Not satisfied with the product on arrival
Defective or damaged items on arrival (including manufacturing defects or shipping damage).
Incorrect items shipped due to our error.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Items that have been installed, used, or modified.
Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or accident after delivery.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Contact us first using the "Contact Us" page in our home page with your order number, photos of the item/issue, and reason for return.
We will review and issue a return authorization (RMA) if approved.
Ship the item back to using USPS priority mail.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.

Refunds will cover the full product price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (in which case we will provide a prepaid label).

Exchanges

We may offer an exchange for defective items or sizing/fit issues on standard parts, subject to availability. Contact us to discuss options.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs. Refunds will exclude any duties or taxes already paid.
